Brown's Hotel was beautiful and charming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the hospitality is what stands out the most. The staff remembered our names after our first encounter and were so helpful at every moment of the day. Givi was especially thoughtful.

An absolutely wonderful stay. Givi and all the staff consistently raised the bar on what it means to be a Forbes 5 star hotel. Thank you for making this 3 generation trip so incredible. As a student of hospitality management, this Hotels staff is the level of hospitality I wish to achieve.

Back to my favourite hotel in London with family. Ideally located for shopping, while remaining very quiet at night. Tea time is exceptional and Donovan bar a must anytime. Feeling home and greeted by Givi who takes such great care of us as usual.

Was babysitting a 4 year old for a couple of hours and John Thompson, Browns doorman helped me out by doing magic tricks, showing us a jazz band in Charlies, telling us about Rudyard Kipling and The Jungle Book being written at the hotel. I couldn't be more grateful and the 4 year old boy was delighted by the experience.

We were upgraded to a lovely junior suite. The experience was excellent, the service impeccable. The concierge was able to get us into some nice restaurants on short notice, as well as to arrange a personal shopping experience for me. This was my most favourite stay in London.

Ho alloggiato in molte strutture di Rocco Forte e devo dire che il particolare e la loro missione, mi sono sentito veramente a casa, questo hotel è una bomboniera, piccolo e confortevole, ottimi la colazione, il the tradizionale inglese con tutti i suoi dolcetti ma da non sottovalutare la cucina raffinata e ricercata. Ci rivedremo sicuramente

The service at Brown's Hotel was excellent as always and exceeded our expectations. We felt very welcome and are already looking forward to our next stay. The breakfast and afternoon tea are particularly noteworthy due to the anticipatory service and exquisite food.

Just returned for a short but excellent stay at Brown's. As usual, the staff were fantastic from the front of hotel, to reception, and in Charlie's restaurant where we had a couple of meals. Consistently a very high service standard with excellent location.

I am fortunate to have experienced ten sublime days of ultimate luxury at Brown's. This is a hotel for those who seek quiet and discreet elegance. Everyone makes you feel at home; you feel comfortably pampered with a perfect touch of elegance. Brown's in all spheres raises its performance to an art form.
