Very old fashioned and ugly windows, also dirty. At least they should be cleaned more frequently

離倫敦塔橋大概5分鐘的步行路程，周邊地鐵也很方便。周圍環境比較安靜，與KCL的學生公寓緊鄰。房間很乾凈。英國人甚是友好！早餐有多種選擇。

A lovely hotel, worth the the money for sure, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice food, breakfast is a buffet spread and hot options cooked to order, near to tower bridge & best of all 'decent coffee' in the rooms

Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms upstairs are a little tired and some paint work needs touching up. The downstairs is lovely though, and a very good cooked breakfast option. I would say their buffet breakfast could have more options as it was lacking.

Ideal location, walkable from Liverpool St Station. Close to bars and Tower Bridge. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and enjoyed the chocolates and espressos. I like the seating area out the front where we sat for a chilled out drink. Breakfast was included so definitely a positive!

We had a lovely stay at the Chamberlain. The room was clean and quiet. The in-house breakfast was amazing! Several options to choose from on the menu, beautiful array of cheese and meats, and tea and coffee would definitely stay here again.
