位置環境都很棒，服務也很好，早餐豐富，唯一遺憾的是洗浴間太小了，剛剛夠站下一個人，不過水流夠大，衞生也很好，離公園地鐵都很近。

Expect nothing but a roof above your head in central london. Level of cleanliness was a disappointment since my last stay pre-COVID. Somehow I got allocated a tiny room this time around. The shower tub is so tiny that I thought I was in the Pisa Tower because the wall is slanting therefore you shower by standing sideways and may just fall over if you are not below 60kg. This hotel can really do better.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Very good breakfasts. I only ate one evening meal, but didn't think the menu was very inspiring and the meal was not terribly appetising. I still think overall it is a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel next to Hyde Park is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is pleasant and classic. The fitting and facilities in the interior, especially that in the room are aged and at times outright run down and in need of repair or upgrade. The size of the room is also challengingly small, even going by the standard of London hotels. Breakfast is standard and average.
