I thought it would be cramped up inside the room but actually it was spacious enough to move around. We stayed there because we had our wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall. I did not tell them beforehand about the event but when we came back right after the wedding. We were surprised with the towel swans and lovely congratulatory note from the staff. We really appreciated it. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Everything was superb at Sydney House Chelsea, from the warm welcome by Hanen, the comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and delicious breakfast. Ideal location for our trip. Our room had tea and coffee making ( includind a decent Dualit kettle! ) although tea could be ordered. Thank you Sydney House Chelsea.

lovely location for Kings road, great breakfast, and rooms overall clean there were just dirty fingermarks on the wardrobe door and some of the corners of the floor were a bit grimy.

We were in London for a birthday party and Sydney House was an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the tube. Big clean room with complementary toiletries and welcoming and efficient staff. Also managed a bonus trip to the Natural History Museum the next day as it’s so close. Only problem was the lift was out of order and there were lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for others. There was an immediate apology and offer to help with our bags.

Excellent hotel for somewhere to stay overnight in Chelsea without having to spend a fortune. Facilities limited but if you want a clean room with comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff this is a winner

This hotel cares about its customers. While the rooms are tiny, everything is of high quality, from Nespresso machines to dressing gowns to free milk delivered , A really nice place to stay

The staff--front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping--were all wonderful! Very helpful. Very friendly. Very nice accomodations. Quiet. Well situated. I want to come back.
