Staff need to understand ‘do not disturb’ - cannot call at 9am to ask if you want service - if there is do not disturb
Lifts are a big issue - wait for very long. Stairs to go 1 floor down for main door - inconvenient for elderlies

The room is tidy and the dining in London is relatively simple. Located in the city center, the subway transportation is very convenient, and the nearby business district is quite lively.

Excellent room size compared to London, hotels, and extremely nice location, near attractions and shopping area. The surface is at minimum but very good in general. The interior design could be better. But it’s functional..

Room is very basic but location wise is plus point. Able to slightly early check in. Got a nice cafe at the lobby which is helpful if need to buy a cup of coffee. Housekeeping is ok and they do the cleaning for our stays.
