房間層高很高，典型的歐洲旅館，有點老舊，服務還不錯。房間走廊有點像謎宮，容易走錯。早餐還可以，有點超預期，地理位置非常優越，就這幾點來説信價比還行。但不能有太高預期。

第一天 酒店的前台非常有禮貌 黑人小哥很nice升級了一間有大一點的床
第二天 酒店的前台也非常有禮貌 白人前台非常nice 幫我換了大一點的房間 及又調整了去看河景的房間 體驗感升級 內心想廣而告之的衝動
第三天 巨大的打臉來了 一個貌似印度裔的女前台 拉長一張臉 用至少零下50多度冰冷的聲音告訴我 你必須換房 因為有人book了你這間房 我不禁困惑地反問 我10:00都沒有到就下來前台 退房都要等11:00 那是誰指定booked我的房間 這不是笑話嗎？ 再者 First come First served 有相類近的房型有這麼多房 我不是應該在同等條件下擁有優先權嗎？
不管怎樣 不要再來了 中國人 英國白人非常有禮貌 黑人小哥也是非常有禮貌 但這位什麼文化背景
的女前台 簡直令人反感到極點 我這一世都沒見過這麼沒有禮貌的酒店服務業從業員 她真的毀掉了我對這所好酒店的全部美好印象 她以一己之力傷害了一個選擇了三晚都住同一間酒店的游客的熱情及忠誠
