The front desk and staff inside have very poor English, and none of them speak formal British English. 8) Five-star hotels are probably equivalent to three-star hotels in some countries. The work efficiency is extremely low, the working conditions of the employees are extremely poor, the sanitary conditions are poor, the company does not know whether it has a management team or a team, and the company's corporate governance capabilities are low.
