Hotel in an excellent location, easily reachable on foot from the Gloucester road tube station, with supermarkets, ATMs, pubs and restaurants nearby...my room was small and the services were very basic, recommended especially for those who want to visit most of London of the day and return to the hotel only for the night. In my room there was no hairdryer and no water boiler. Friendly and helpful reception staff

Absolutely filthy. First room hadn’t been cleaned, changed to a different room which apparently had been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the beds had been changed. Work surfaces were dirty with drink stains, there was muck and dust everywhere. 10 year old cobwebs in the windows. I complained 4 days ago and still haven’t had any response, so also appalling customer service. Would not recommend, looks nothing like the photos online.

The room was small and dirty. Our bathroom was full of mold and there was no cleaning (also no bin emptied) all week. The room door could not be locked from the inside and despite the fact that the staff was very friendly, nothing happened after a report. Fortunately, there was a supermarket opposite the hotel where we could buy breakfast. Metro and bus stop are also nearby. But otherwise not recommended.

The hotel is good as a location because it has a nearby subway and a supermarket next to it, otherwise, it is terrible in terms of cleanliness, not very comfortable and next to a street with a lot of traffic=noise.
The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor and we were given a mini room on the 5th floor, you had to carry your bags up the stairs.

This really was a value for money hotel in a great location close to the Albert Hall and other points of interest. The hotel it’s self is basic but it is very clean and has everything you need. They are clearly undertaking a lot of refurbishment works. My room was at the back of the hotel and I had the window open. I was surprised how quite it was.

Where do I start? At reception I was grilled by the staff and felt really unwelcomed. The room itself was very small and musty. The air conditioner didn't work. No WiFi. TV reception poor. The shower control didn't work. Nearly got 3rd degree burns! Toilet didn't flush properly. On booking out we told the reception about this and just got a shrug of the shoulders as a response. Yes. It's cheap. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't go there again.

We arrived at the hotel firstly the facade was being repaired then inside the cracked walls in a room a torn carpet a rusty bathroom broken and full of mold!!!! We were changed rooms three nights, three horrible rooms, seriously a hotel to avoid!!
