Booked this hotel for an overnight stay as daughter was sorting her visa to the states. Booking was really easy. The room was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfy and everywhere was clean and tidy. The staff on the desk were polite and very easy to deal with. I would consider using this hotel again.

Bed and bathroom very clean but carpet is very dirty (to the point where you do not want to walk on it bare foot). Location a bit dodgy, not exactly befitting the 'Chelsea' name. Staff very friendly and helpful, and decent value for money.

Acceptable price when you need a room just tomorrow. The location is good. But need to book in advance, otherwise, the price is higher. The room is clean, and the service is good even when you arrived there late.
