Great location, clean apar**ent, friendly staff. The only negative thing was having to pay 25 £/hour for an early check in. First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where early check in wasn’t free of charge.

This is not a nice place to stay. It is very run down with ripped carpet in the halls, stained tile, missing grout, broken MDF on the shower surround, etc. When I was out, a maintenance person entered my room and disassembled the toilet surround, leaving the stone shelf that should cover the tank access in pieces on the floor, as well as leaving a bunch of garbage in the room. When I reported this at the desk, they had no idea why someone had been in my room or why they left it in disarray. When the maintenance person came to set it right, he was very rude.

Great location but internal stairs in our apar**ent had no handrail. A health and safety hazard! It was split level which we were not advised of, we had a buggy and young children. Not ideal. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. An attempt was made to charge for room service, which we had not used.

Mixed reviews here. On the one hand, the bed itself was beyond comfortable with crisp new white linens we sunk right into. We’ve been traveling for a couple weeks and it was the best night of sleep I’d had the whole trip. Otherwise, the experience wasn’t exceptional. Still very confused about what we booked, I thought I just booked a hotel room but apparently it’s an apar**ent and we booked one bedroom within it. The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful but even after he tried to explain the apar**ent vs bedroom thing we still weren’t entirely sure what was going on; we wondered all night if someone else had booked the other bedroom and if we were about to have a roommate show up that we had to share a bathroom and kitchen with? Also our bedroom door didn’t lock so although a roommate never did show up, we would have felt like we had no privacy or security if they had. The apar**ent smelled pretty horribly of cigarette smoke and there were some hairs/dirt in the bathtub, but things otherwise seemed clean. Location was ideal for an overnight layover—hotel was across the street from Liverpool Street Station and a short walk to multiple high quality late-night dining options.

The room was not as described. It was filthy, and when we complained, the staff were rude and refuse to take any action to resolve the situation. There were numerous other occupants also complaining that same night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The best feature about this hotel is its location. You can take the Elizabeth line train directly from Heathrow to Liverpool Street Station; walk across the street, and arrive at the hotel. It is well located for access to public transportation to get anywhere in and around London. There are both local restaurants within walking distance as well as well-known franchises. The lobby and hallways are outdated and shabby. The room itself was fine. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities listed eg kitchenette with fridge and microwave and washer/dryer. Pick this one for location and spend all your time exploring London.

Rooms were very spacious and clean although overall feel was a little dated. Staff were good and able to accommodate a 1 hour later check out. Was great having laundry facilities although a room add on could be a small clothes airer. Can’t beat location so no complaints overall.
