房間和宣傳照片一樣如是展現沒有過分美觀嫌疑，非常温馨。客房面積並沒有想象中太小，兩個大行李都可以攤開整理，空間並不侷促；電器設施方面，微波爐、冰箱、燒水壺、空調、暖氣等一應俱全；此外小櫥櫃裏還有三人份的餐盤碗碟刀叉提供，相當便利；衞生設施方面，毛巾、肥皂、洗髮護髮沐浴都有提供，需要自己帶拖鞋和牙刷；此外房間裏還有衣櫥，書桌，落地鏡，三人房每人都有一個牀頭櫃，最喜歡房間裏漂亮的小壁爐，讓客房温馨有特色。此外，特別推薦選定酒店含早餐，早餐都是現做，很好吃也很豐盛，服務也很好，有英式早餐套和素食早餐套，酸奶、果汁、咖啡、茶、熱巧克力等選擇。酒店的自帶小花園也非常的可愛温馨。周邊有三個不同的地鐵站出行極其便利，緊鄰UCL和大英博物館，晚上很安全也很安靜，推薦利用酒店地理優勢週五晚參觀大英博物館，最晚七點入場，比平時白日要人少太多！總之如果不是有一個嚴重的bug問題，我真的想推薦給我認識的每一位打算來倫敦旅遊的朋友！這次酒店讓我們一家非常困擾的就是床上的蟲子！每天都有，會吸血但是身上毫無腫塊反應或癢或痛的感覺，如果不是每天床單上的小血點，和親眼看到的小蟲子，真的很難發現，我們一共入住了6晚每天都要求仔細清潔，雖然每天都有改善但並沒有徹底解決掉這個困擾。坦白説我很想給小費，因為服務我很滿意，但是這個問題説實在是酒店老闆必須下血本去做徹底的清潔甚至整體地毯床墊的更換才能解決，但是就好像是給服務員的懲罰一樣辛苦的工作也抵消這個他們也無法處理的問題！我強烈建議攜程幫忙去爭取房價補償！把給我個人的補償費為做酒店服務我們四號房這六天的服務員的小費！謝謝

Location was central of London, they don't have lift, you need to carry your luggage and climb all the way to top floor

Rather crammed litte hotel with little atmosphere. We could barely squeeze into our room and barhroom and, allthough cozy, the breakfast room had very little elbow room. The lady in the reception was very much to the point and left us with no smile and welcoming atmosphere. But nicely situated in London and the kitchen staff is great.

The Regency House was the perfect choice for our family wanting an older English Inn experience! Personable and smaller like Fawlty Towers but without the faults! A wonderful breakfast included made our days start easily! A clean comfortable lovely decorated room with beds as soft as clouds which were made daily was so refreshing! In room, coffee, tea, fridge and microwave! Outside in the back was a sweet little courtyard to sit and daydream. I highly recommend The Regency House because the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and want to return to London and stay at The Regency House at 71 Gower Street! 🌸

Although our room was quite small it was adequate for our family. The breakfast was very good with a good choice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They moved things around so we could stay there and not be moved to the apartments. Overall a good experience. Communication from the front desk is excellent
