The room was so small and old, not be able to seat at the desk. The shower is not clean and old, the shower door can not close properly. The pillows are so flat.
Good location, staffs are friendly, room has hair dryer.

Near the metro station.
The facilities and furniture leave much to be desired...carpet everywhere...furniture repainted and somewhat damaged...no maintenance...every step they took was heard in the room.. In service, it should be noted that there was an electric jug, cups , coffee, sugar and tea.

Its a real bargain to find a hotel room with ensuit bathroom at this price.
It locates only 10 minutes walk away from Earl's Court Station. If you don't mind walking, the world announced Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum are only 25 minutes away.
The single room was tiny. Since it fronts the rather busy West Cromwell Road, it could be quite noisy at times.

Cosy room with nice staff, the room is clean and the location is a bit far but next to bus stop. Overall it was a pleasant night to stay.

At the time of my visit, there were no reservations, so they upgraded my room for free. Buses to Buckingham stop right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the price.

AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY MUCH MORE THAN THE LISTED PRICE! We booked with them, got confirmation so as a result we cancelled the other place we were booked for. YOu would think happy end, but West Cromwell Hotel got back to us that they want to cancel our reservation unles we pay 150 pounds. We explained the situation that we have already cancelled the other place and have nowhere to stay, but got no answer, only the final cancellation email.

Det var veldig hyggelige personal i resepsjonen. Rommet var lite men funksjonelt. Kort avstand til stor Tesco butikk. Og det var ikke så lang til transport. Og jotellet var langt billigere enn andre i nærområdet. Så ja her var mye bra.
Men så til det som for meg knuser inntrykket av hotellet og som gjør meg skremt. Det er renholdet. Joda gulv til gulvteppet blir støvsugd. Men vegger, dusj og ovn var fryktelig skittne. Og de blir det nok ikke vasket. Mest skremmende er at det ikke blir vasket i dusjen mellom gjestene. Jeg fant en stor bæsjeklump hengenee på dusjeveggen (det så iallefall slik ut). Dersom dusjen var blitt vasket så hadde ikke jeg funnet dette i dusjen.
