This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The toilet clearly got used before and not cleaned properly. Whenever the tube was passing by the floor was shaking and it was so noisy that it was impossible to get a good night sleep. When complaining about it to the hotel staff they were anything but helpful: fully booked, no other rooms available and no willingness to issue a refund. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel.

La calefacción no funcionaba y teníamos un radiador que cuando lo encendías olía a quemado. No se puede estar en Londres en una habitación mal aislada, que entraba aire frio por la ventana y sin calefacción.

N’hésitez surtout pas! Le lieu est idéal pour visiter tout Londres. Très bien desservi par plusieurs stations de métro et bus. Quartier vivant et animé sans être bruyant!
Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable! Gentil, respectueux, serviable, souriant et toujours disponible!

After walking out of where we booked we received a warm friendly welcome from the lovely man on reception. He explained it was a basic small room and asked us to view first. It was so clean my husband shaved using the door plate. Iron, hairdryer, towels, soap, TV and reception spent time searching the theatre we were going to and travel. Yes the room was small but clean comfortable and all we needed with extra bonus of sml breakfast in our room. Thank you 😊 we will be back ...oh and I did get paint on my hands as I was stupid enough to put them where they had just painted but they couldn't do enough for me (almost put me in the shower) fab

Chambre en sous-sol minuscule, tout vibre à chaque passage du métro. Impossible de dormir. Aucun espace de rangement, ce qui est peu confortable avec 1,5m² d'espace disponible hors lits. Petit déjeuner constitué de produits industriels emballés.
