DO NOT GO THERE! Hotel in good location, the rooms are small and smell of damp / mold, only a small light worked on 3 lamps in the room, small and smelly bathroom; presence of mold in the shower and very noisy air recirculation fan; bad room cleaning, dirty mattress and sheets, they gave us only 1 towel each for all 4 nights of our stay (I had to ask for an extra clean); in short, spend a little more and look for something else. Bad experience

The hotel is ****, everything is dirty, broken, without soap...well, if there was a bar of soap that even had mold, the shower was full of fungus, the windows were broken, it's cheaper than the others, yes...but it's cheap expensive...I don't recommend it at all. There was only one working lightbulb in the room, the switches were loose and not working properly.

The price is cheap, but this should be regarded as a hotel, not a hotel. During the stay, there is a window in the ba*****t, but it can't be opened because the window is outside the street and there are a lot of small bugs and there are more people in the area at night. Originally booked 2 nights but only stayed one night and left early. I basically didn't sleep at night because there was basically nothing to clean because of the bugs, and I couldn't turn around inside the toilet. The mattress was also stained with stains. The service staff are polite, but the accommodation is poor. If you like insects, you can stay. If you want to know if your other half has cleanliness, you can also try to stay. Final conclusion: It is not recommended to stay.

The transportation is convenient, it is very close to the subway entrance, and there is a small yard at the door. No breakfast. The hotel room is very small, the sense of security is not good, and there is no hair dryer. I will never choose to stay again.

The reception staff was very friendly, the facilities were correct and the cleanliness quite acceptable. Good value for money so a good option to stay in London.

Don't. Just don't. As you walk up to the entrance their is a pile of detritus on the right. The stairs down to the double room are extremely narrow and not sure if they are legal. The wall lights dont work. The room smelled musty. There were 2 mugs one of which had a huge crack all the way down. One electrical socket is very loose on the wall. Nowhere to hang ones clothes. No saftey chain or bolt on the door. Came back at 21.30hrs front door propped open, nobody at the desk, hardly secure. Noise levels were high from guests and possibly staff til quite late. Woke up to water all over the floor in the shower room. Everything is very worn including picture on the wall that wouldn't even be sold in a charity shop! Plus point, the outter bedding was clean...didnt inspect the duvet inside....

Let me state, I hardly ever leave reviews but this was the WORST Air BNB booking I’ve ever made. They kindly welcomed us with literal poop in the toilet and then tried to blame us for leaving it (if had clearly been left there.) They wouldn’t switch our room, give us partial refund or apologise. They just told us to flush it. Which is easy enough but my thinking was that if the bathroom hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly, then what are the odds that the beds or sheets were cleaned properly? I think they thought we were trying to get a refund after myself previously asking as I was supposed to go with a friend but she fell sick with Covid. We didn’t make the first night but I managed to make the second night with my partner as we were told that it is a no refund policy. It’s fair enough as I understand supporting small businesses but after the way we were treated, I was shocked. I wore a mask out of respect and left the room nearly as “clean” as it was when we arrived. The communication with the person over air BnB was just appalling. I will admit that the location was great but there are nicer places to stay in London that is cheaper then this hotel. I’ll skip this place next time and I think you should too! Save your money or spend it on companies that value your money and time.

We booked this hotel by AIRBNB on the wrong day, Sunday instead of Saturday. We asked if there was any way they could swap it. No problem they had another room available, however by seeing the state of this room we had to declined the swap room. It was very smelly and dirty. We wouldn't recommend this place. This place is a health hazard. It should be closed. We’ve never seen a place so dirty.

Do not use this hotel! I booked and paid for a room 2 weeks ago and on the day I was due to check in they text and cancelled my room! I was left in London with my 10 year old daughter with no where to sleep for the night. Absolutely awful. I was told they over book rooms encase of no shows! How can they just leave people with no where to stay! No apology no alternative nothing!!! Do not risk it!!
