Great location in Paddington. Nice room and with heaters. Just the shower area is too small for small built person like me. Can't imagine others who are tall n big built. Lol. I think hotels in UK and Europe should start having bidet. It's important and higienic

Great location, kind staff, clean room. Facilities were a bit old and bed was not the most comfortable. Bathroom was very cold.

Because I had to catch an early train, I chose this hotel which was relatively close to Paddington Station. You need to climb a narrow staircase to go upstairs (it feels a bit like the stairs in an old alley house in Shanghai). There is no elevator, which is really not friendly to tourists dragging big boxes. The room is small, the facilities are really old, and there is a musty smell in the room. I will never choose this hotel again in my life.

(+) Great location, very close to Paddington tube station. Super friendly staff. Good value for money in comparison to other hotels in central London.
(-) The room I stayed was super basic and small, there were no amenities other than hot shower, hand soap and towels.
Bare in mind that it’s an worn out building, and I could hear the squeaky bed when the guests upstairs were ********** (very uncomfortable)
