The hotel room is small , gloomy and dusty. It is nothing like the pictures shown in Trip.com. I can hardly turn in the tiny bathroom. I was assigned to a room facing the street and it is so loud I couldn't sleep.

The location is nice very close to paddington and easy access to city centre on the tube. The service was meh. The receptionist was not very welcoming except for the lady. The room was small could barely walk without knocking the stuff. Hot water ran out while showering. Towels had stains. Dusty remote. Wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.

Location is nice and central. Staff was friendly and helpful with easy check-in and check-out. Quick walk to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and Paddington Station. Room was small and bed wasn't very comfortable -bring own pillow. Bathroom was clean, but shower is extremely tiny -barely child sized. Wifi didn't work the majority of the time. Not a place to relax after a long day. It is decent if you need an inexpensive place to sleep while in London.

Posizionato a 5 minuti da Paddington Station. In una strada abbastanza tranquilla. Stanza piccola ma pulita, così come il bagno. Letti ampi, con materassie cuscini molto comodi. Servizi di buon livello. Colazione nella media. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzo nella media. Si puo raggiungere a piedi Kensigton Palace.

Punto di forza della struttura è la posizione, sia perché vicino a Paddington metro che per gli spostamenti a piedi. Le camere sono molto piccole e il letto più che matrimoniale è da una piazza e mezzo. In compenso pulizia impeccabile e personale molto gentile. Ricordiamo con piacere le signore della colazione sempre sorridenti e cordiali. Visto la media dei prezzi degli alberghi londinesi lo consiglio.
