Stayed for a night. With many luggages on hand, location played a huge deciding factor to chose Pilgrm. Paddington station was literally right across one traffic light. It was a no brainer and although rooms was not the largest, the service staffs gave us their best service. It is therefore, highly recommended for people transiting for a night or two at max.

the place was great. Several restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Hyde Park and close to Peddinton station. Unfortunately, 1 staff member was not so friendly. There was some difficulty with the deposit at check-in, but another colleague did not do this. Even when checking out, we were not asked anything about our stay. Etc. Despite this, the hotel was nice and we would definitely return.

The store owners across the street very noisy. Unfortunate for those booked in front room 14. We also had to go past kitchen to get to our rooms.

The hotel was great for location for where I needed to be, the small rooms are VERY small and there is not much space for movement, one to two nights max and I’d go insane.
I really really appreciated the little pantry where you can make your own drinks. It felt very private and quiet so I felt comfortable to make a drink when I needed.
The check out time was the best part of my stay!
I really can’t fault anything about the room considering I knew what I was booking.
Lovely staff and had a comfortable stay. I would consider staying again because of the reasonable price range too.

Stayed many times before. Great location and great contemporary hotel. Splashed out on a bigger room this time which was well worth it as most rooms are very small.

Friendly staff, convenient to Paddington Station. However the rooms are extremely hot. Even when the air temperature outside was not hot, there is no ventilation in the rooms, and the windows don’t open, so it becomes extremely stuffy and uncomfortably hot. Especially after a shower. In addition, it’s very noisy from a bar nearby and also drunks yelling in the alley and near the garbage dumpster behind the hotel (which was our view). Wanted to like it but the noise and hot room made it very uncomfortable.

Hotel is ideally situated very near Paddington Station. The single room was nice albeit a bit small. The room did not have a closet, desk, or chair. The bathroom was small but clean and with nice amenities. The breakfast menu had a nice selection of items. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating and provided excellent service. The vicinity has numeous pubs and restaurants which provide meals for most appetites.

We stayed in a "medium room", and it was definitely the smallest room i´ve ever stayed in. If you´re prepared and ok with that im sure you´ll be happy here. There was no place to keep our luggage which got to be a bit annoying, and the sink for washing your hands was not in the bathroom, but sort of next to the bed, and it was for some reason the splashiest sink ever. The water went everywhere! Other than that the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. The location is really great. But i wouldn´t book this hotel again, it was just too expensive for what you get.
