Shakespeare Hotel

Facilities: No elevator. We had three big suitcases and it was around 7pm that day! I asked the guy at the front desk to take them for us. He said no! He was a **. Very bad attitude. The friend who chatted with him said he would help us! He even asked him back, are you sure you want to help? His friend looked at him and kept thanking him. He said it was okay. We carried one by ourselves. The staircase was very narrow, 90 degrees! The friend at the front desk helped to take two. I wanted to change to a room a little lower, but he said he didn't have one. Speechless. On the last day, it was another two guys who checked out. They were very polite and spoke in a much better tone! The hotel has luggage service! The room was very small. The three of us lived in a six-person room with bunk beds. I was really speechless. It was very close to Hyde Park. But the facilities were really not good.

The soundproofing is so bad that I can't sleep at all. It's so boring.

The stay went very well. Our room was located on the ground floor, we could hear the metro a little but it didn't bother us that much. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered enough choice to start the day well. We will definitely come back for a future trip to London.

Close to Palatine Train Station and Hyde Park, the environment is quiet, the rooms are clean, the service attitude is very good, there are many places to eat around, there are plenty of people, and the house price is cost-effective. It is worth recommending
