My little princess was absolutely thrilled with her princess-themed room! The service at the Ritz was incredible – they added an extra bed for the kids, gave her a teddy bear and toys, and even an unlimited ice cream card. The staff at the entrance remembered our last name too, which was a nice touch! 👍

We had a wonderful stay. The room was well maintained, and the service throughout was exceptional. I celebrated my 40th birthday during my visit and was delighted to receive a complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making for a great start to the day.

I stayed here on the last day of my first trip abroad. Everything about it was wonderful, and I've decided that I'll definitely stay here on my birthday next year (;;)
The room was so nice that I almost didn't want to sleep, and I had a comfortable stay. The afternoon tea was also delicious. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for your warm welcome. The front desk staff in particular were very kind to me, so I hope to see you again next year.
It's an irreplaceable memory, and I'm full of gratitude. I'm looking forward to next year!
