This place is great. The location is amazing. Very Clean, nice staff, modern rooms. Rooms are small but absolutely what you expect from a London hotel for this price. The price was excellent for what you get. I can't wait to use this hotel again Areas to improve - The WiFi was a little slow and would expect better from a modern hotel. It was hard to regulate the temperature of the room as the air conditioning can only be set to 'cool' and no other setting. Side lights were slightly faulty. Please keep in mind that these are only small suggestions and did not impact the love of this hotel and how great it is.

Booked this hotel last minute due to change in travel plans because of train strikes meaning we needed to stay an extra night in London. Was in a great location, a stones throw away from Paddington station. The room was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend, we were hardly in the room as most of the time we were out exploring. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the hotel gave left him a really nice personal note and box of chocolates from hotel chocolat. The room had everything we needed, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, towels. I had to download an app and complete pre check in steps which then gives you a code for the main door and to your bedroom. It was so quiet, we didn’t hear anyone else the whole time we were there. Reception was manned and the ladies there were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, very pleasantly surprised. Perfect for a quick stay into London. Really well located for Paddington and ease of access everywhere. Hotel was super clean and rooms are well appointed, cosy but that is what you pay for. The staff were very helpful too. Highly recommended

This hotel is a fine hotel but I did not get the sense of how small the room was. A couple with two suitcases was too cramped. No chair to sit on at all. That said - if you are traveling with less baggage or you get a bigger room than the double, this is clean, quiet and helpful staff. The bed was good as well. Convenient to Paddington.

On the plus side: - excellent location for Paddington - Newly renovated - well priced - Nespresso machine in the room - staff were lovely - spotlessly clean On the downside: - bathroom door had either broken hinges or was catching on something as it made a noise like mound nails down a call board when opened or closed. Not ideal when the other person goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night - room was very warm and the window barely opened. When it was then opened it was a game of luck and physics to get it to balance just so so that it stayed open - due to the issues with the window, we turned the air conditioning on - which then proceeded to beep incessantly. When mentioning this is at checkout we were told that it was broken in all rooms and we should have been told not to use it. Such a shame that for somewhere that’s been so recently renovated there are so many small but very irritating issues.

Loved the location and room had all you needed for a great at London. Clean and comfortable, great shower and bed. The people were so nice, specially Fernando! He helped us very much and was so kind. Thank you all!
