Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en famille. Check in catastrophique pas de réception, email pour récupérer la clef dans le locker non reçu… nous avons pu accéder a notre chambre au bout de 45min Chambre très modeste, mais correcte et propre. Présence d’une petite cuisine avec kit eau en bouteille café cookie très appréciable. Les points negatifs : literie très molle….. pas agréable et surtout aucun insonorisation !! Donc nuit pas reposantes… Bien situé Bref un peu cher pour le service et le confort nous ne reviendrons pas.

A small and cozy Hotel apartment from.Hyde Park. We wanted to stay in a place that is close to most of the sight seeing places in London. Hyde Park is just 6 mins away and loved walking there and weather was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel room is clean and well maintained. Getting the keys with online access is a bit cumbersome I would recommend for a brief stay.

Great location for Paddington station and Elizabeth line. In a nice quiet street. Room on ground floor was large and well equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Room was pretty quiet overall. Very small bathroom though. Too small for me at 6’3”. No switch to turn lights off from the bed. This was in an outer lobby. Checking in process was quite complex and ended up having to phone to gain entry but call was answered very quickly. So no complaints overall. Fairly good value for money for London. Would I stay again? Yes if I had the same room.

Ottima posizione a paddington Appartamento pulito e con cucina attrezzata con bollitore e microonde Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo vicino alla metro e a diversi supermarket e negozietti Prezzi un pochino alti ma nella media di Londra

I do NOT recommend a stay here due to the complex procedure for receiving the access (key)code which required several phone calls at night while we stood helplessly at the entrance trying to get in. Very aggravating and time consuming. In addition the so-called "flat" turned out to be a tiny cramped room located in the basement and was hot--there was no cross ventilation at all from the one barred window. The bed linens were also stained. Shower was too tiny/narrow for any adult! Very expensive for what it was. Only plus was that it was walking distance from Paddington. There are plenty of other small hotels on nearby streets--suggest you check those out instead if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet établissement, nous aimons beaucoup le quartier, mais cette fois-ci il n'y avait plus de réception à l'entrée....pas pratique du tout pour laisser les bagages le matin du départ.
