房間實在是太小了……我的要求其實真的不高，但是小到我的行李箱都沒有地方放，東西更是沒地方放…. 住了一天果斷換了酒店。

Hasten bed...wow! It is adjustable and fabulous...look it up before you arrive. The showe glass doors, the electronics and tech in the rooms is amazing. The staff is very reserved British so overall pretty dry, boring and not so "welcoming" but that's fine. Great amenities, NO continental breakfast included...not a single banana. That's fine..but for the price, they could slide in an orange or a cup of coffee. They give you 2 bottles of water for the entire stay and lock up the goods...you have to ask for them and then they add it to your bill...THAT is BS. Should at least give out two bottles per day...sore of left a bad taste for me. Overall, it is a good stay and decent price compared to a lot of London. I would stay again, but shoot man...how bout a few bottles of water and a cup of coffee... might be nice if they had some kind of evening snacks, hor dourves (cant spell that correctly), and even some half way decent wine... oh well...I rate it an 8/10 overall as far as value, service, and making me feel welcome. The room is great and the tech is WOW.

the hotel is amazing, the staff were very helpfull, nothing was to much trouble, i would definatly recoment this hotel, i actually left my sunglasses in reception, contacted the hotel and they with no hessitation posted them back to me. now thats what i call good customer care. the hotel also had a park area opposite which me and my wife relaxed in, which also was a big bonus for us, it added to our very pleasant stay, we will definatly visit the hotel again. 100 % would recomend it.

Easy to find and convenient, near Victoria, this is a boutique hotel opposite a pretty garden. 10 minutes or so from the sights of Sloane Square and Belgravia where theres plenty of shops, bars, coffee shops and places to eat. We had a stylish signature room at basement level with a cute courtyard area to sit and enjoy the sun. I'm a bit rubbish with technology but managed to get everything working, the lights, aircon and curtains! Comfortable bed, the room was pitch dark and very quiet. Bathroom was very small but the shower was great. Would return as it really is a lovely location and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere, but would recommend going for a larger room with aircon.
