完全極差體驗。
1）現在訂房網仍然騙人有Gym房，實際沒有。
2）聯絡方式完全沒辦法聯繫，房間內跟他們指示打0字永遠聯絡不到front desk, 一定要下樓找他們。我們離開後，有東西遣下，嘗試找他，電話永遠不能接通，留下口訊，沒回覆，他們有 WhatsApp ，但亦沒人回覆。send email 比他們，也沒回應，網上留低咗email聯絡，亦都冇回覆。跟本不能聯絡上他們，除非你親自上門找他們。
3）第一天沒人清潔房間，第二天要提他們才來清潔，但又沒refill水，要自己下樓跟他們取，因房內電話永遠聯絡不上他們。
4）其中有一個比較年長嘅女職員態度極差，另外他們有一個規矩是每個房間只係放兩件行李暫存，每多一件收取10磅，我們checkout 那天，提早十點左右下樓checkout ，諗住食少少東西，說明15分鐘便便回來離開，我們有3件行李，那個年長的女士堅持要收我們額外行李費，寧願我們把東西搬回房間遲一點才回來出checkout。完全沒一點helpful，而且當時的態度極差 。
他們收這樣的價錢，但跟本比一星賓館還要差

很吵房間很小，個人覺得對於房間售價2000一晚很不划算，並且底下是步行街車開不進來需要提前下車拖着行李箱找酒店，要步行很長一段距離並且酒店很難找到門口基本沒什麼標識

Great location on the edge of Leicester Square. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have a full restaurant but it does not need it due to its location between Leicester Square and Chinatown.

 ระบบการตอบอีเมลของโรงแรมแย่มาก  เราส่งอีเมลไปหลายครั้งมากเพื่อที่จะถามว่าเราสามารถเช็คอินได้ก่อนเวลาเช็คอินหรือไม่  ทางโรงแรมไม่ตอบกลับกลับมาเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว  และการทำความสะอาดในห้องไม่ค่อยได้มาตรฐาน  บางวันไม่มีน้ำให้  บางวันไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้  และบางวันไม่ดูดฝุ่นพรมที่พื้นให้  โลเคชั่นดีมากจะไปเที่ยวไหนก็ใกล้
