Had the most amazing stay. The staff were super kind and thoughtful. The hotel smelt incredible and had a really nice atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting the birthday treats. They were very much appreciated. The orangery was beautiful and we loved how the place was decorated. Great view from the room and great facilities.

Stayed here for one night, second visit. Last time when I arrived they told me I had been upgraded to a bigger room with a complimentary breakfast (that was with ***********), but no such luck this time. Room was a good size with a sofa next to the bed. Got a good night’s sleep and the bed was extremely comfortable. Didn’t bother going to the bar but instead visited a pub over the road and went to a nearby Wetherspoons for breakfast rather than paying £20. The swimming pool was great, not too busy when I used it, although I noticed people were ignoring the no photography/phones rule and one woman was even taking selfies in the water! The location is great, close to the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube. Definitely one of my go-to hotels when in London.

Uitstekende service, ligging goed beloopbaar van verschillende kanten, zwembad met sauna zeer goed, sport ruimte niet gebruikt maar zag er wel goed equipped uit!
Over al gemeen voor mij reden om nog wel weer terug te komen

Great breakfast well worth the money. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant was unedible, I have never been to a restaurant with worse food. Pool, gym, jaccuzi excellent. Rooms excellent, service from all staff excellent. If you go there, apart from breakfast which is splendid, eat out!

Location perfect. Service was top notch. Very clean rooms. Very friendly employees. Went out of their way to make sore we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend. Price was great for what was received. Thank you for the great service

Excellent stay. Excellent customer service, we were kindly given an upgrade. Excellent room and enjoyed use of swimming pool. All staff very friendly. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning.
