The studio with fitted kitchen and bathroom separated by doors from the living room is very well appointed and comfortable.
Nothing to complain about, everything met our expectations, with attentive staff at reception and a very central location in London for a quality/price ratio which will encourage us to come back if the prices stay that way.

The location is great for business and the level of service is friendly, competent and just on the right level focused on functionality and things running smoothly without any friction. The rooms are clean and furnished with a bit older but more than OK furniture. Most importantly beds are good. Having access to a kitchen and a fridge to buy your own food is a strong plus for us who have had enough of restaurants. This concept is how value for money is offered to its guests. If you want to boost your ego beyond value for money you should check in at the Ritz around the corner.

Everything was good until I lost my designer belt which I accidentally left it on the vanity table. This is my 2nd time staying here and I was happy. I both stayed for 3 days and I thought they will not clean the apartment. If i knew that they will clean, I would have kept it in the safe. It is an $800 belt and I know the cleaning people stole it because it was only us ( family of 4) and the cleaning people who entered in the apartment.

Can't wait to come back to London and stay here. Location is walking distance to everything. Just like the pictures, kitchen, living space- perfect for families. Clean apartment, all the necessary amenities available.

Tired, dated rooms and extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows - making for a terrible sleep experience. Staff are not friendly, professional or helpful on arrival or departing. Great location though and reasonable price for the room

Rooms were spacious and it was convenient for a family. Nice having a full size refrigerator and multiple bathrooms. There is a clothes washer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Smart light switches were a bit difficult to figure out. Staff was excellent.
