The Z Hotel Soho

The location of the hotel is very good but the room size is terribly small.

Amazing location! Wow, this is what you pay for. Right in the middle of everything! The service team was exceptional! It was my first time in the UK and they went above and beyond to help me navigate. So kind and friendly! The room was extremely tiny. My luggage had to stay in the shower as it’s so tiny in there. No window. Heat and hot water worked very well. Bed was comfortable! Cleaning service did well! The breakfast buffet is not really much of anything if that is how you start your day. Only a few options, more like a snack. Overall I give it a thumbs up, the high rates are for the prime location. Thank you all!

When I went there the room that I booked was ok but the air con was not working and all the remap rooms were full. Of it was winter than that room would have been ok but we went there in the middle of the summer and it was too hot. Being in that room was like sitting in the sauna 🥵. Me and my man were so sad and we didn’t wanted to come back to the room after the walk outside. But the night shift staff and manager was so great. We were really thankful to them, specially to the night manager he understood our condition and arranged a room with the air conditioning. We had a great sleep and experience. It’s in the center and it’s really a great experience and I will recommend my friend too.

Good hotel

Orsi and Jason at Z hotel Soho were so kind sorting out my reservation mistake and gave me an amazing room when they didn’t have to. The staff here are really great and the rooms are clean and its location is absolutely amazing - thanks so much for a great stay. I will come back every time I need to stay in London!

Awful nights sleep, (room 203) I've slept better on an air bed in a tent ! The bed is hard, the room tiny, with one small table which has a tray on it, so no room for the towels or a case and an intermittent low rumbling noise throughout the night. Z hotels, not a good first impression of your Soho hotel at all. On the plus side, the staff are professional, and the location is good. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

-Stayed for 2 nights here to see the Harry Potter show - location is incredible it’s just across the street from the theatre. Great bars around the same street. We were upgraded to an apartment on arrival, it was a huge 2 bedroom flat with fully fitted kitchen, diner and living area… staff were helpful and always on hand if needed. Elevator takes you to all floors but to access the flat it was a downward trip 3 levels down a right spirally staircase which may be challenging for those with walking difficulties.

From reading some of the reviews, I wasn’t expecting great experiences, but I think this place is a little gem, yes from what other people have written. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are cosy and have everything in them that you would need kettle, coffee, hot, chocolate, TV , USB, charging points etc. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The bathroom is a wet room you are provided with soaps and shower gel and fresh towels if you are a solo traveller and only here for the weekend this is more than adequate! Hotel staff are really nice and you also have a dining room downstairs for breakfast if you wish. Location is spot-on, you are literally in the centre of Soho you are walking distance to all the big attractions. For me, I would definitely return. 10/10 😊

Good location. Easy check in. Rooms are very small but are clearly what they State on the hotel description. I had a room with no window. The bed and bathroom are located next to each other separated only with a frosted glass wall so I wouldn’t advise these rooms are suitable for sharing with another person unless you are very comfortable with them. Work being completed on the hotel currently which is evident as areas of the hotel were very messy. Air con was very noisy so I was unable to have it on overnight.
