We had a very nice 4-night stay at The Hari in early June 2024. Our King Deluxe class room was a good size for an urban hotel and allowed us an adequate amount of space so as not to feel cramped. The concierge and other staff members were very helpful and unfailingly pleasant. The king bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had a combination shower and tub. The hotel is located in a very nice Belgravia neighborhood and there were shops and cafes within easy walking distance. Taxis and Ubers were available with a couple of minutes. The hotel's food offerings could be better. The breakfast options are a buffet and an a la carte menu. We tried the a la carte menu on our first morning at the hotel. The value for the food provided was not what we had hoped and there was a possible language barrier with our server that may have affected our experience. We ate breakfast a short walk away for the rest of our stay.

We had a business meeting at the hotel. We met with Alex and he was very accommodating and personable. The rooms are bright and airy, with amazing toiletries. They have a top rate sustainability programme, which is genuine and runs through the core of the staff. This hotel thinks about all aspects to give the very best experience for their guests.

We stayed at the Hari for our wedding in Chelsea. The hotel staff were so attentive and really made our stay so special. They upgraded us and left lots of lovely touches in our room. The room itself was stunning and very spacious with lovely views of London. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The Hari quickly became one of our favorite hotels during our stay this past weekend. My partner and I both lived in London years ago and wanted to stay somewhere near our old flats with a more local, neighborhood vibe and The Hari was the perfect spot. We stayed in a cozy, charming King Premium room on the 8th floor with gorgeous views of the park across the street and the London skyline. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and outgoing from check-in to checkout. We can't recommend this hotel enough.

Remarkable. Conveniently located in the best, safest part of London. Close to all the attractions and public transportation. Accommodating. Went above and beyond to make my wife and I extremely comfortable and welcomed during our honeymoon trip. Thank you for the balloons for my honeymoon and for the cookies to commemorate my first Chelsea game! Outstanding service, will definitely stay here when I come back. Belen and the entire staff are great, thank you!

I went to meet a friend in the Hotel The Hari, and I was very impressed with the service provided at the bar, I work in luxury so I am very observant of good service, the team made me feel very welcomed and looked after and The Deco and environment was spotless and sophisticated. I will definitely return!

A truly exceptional hotel with amazing service. The staff are polite and courteous. We had a bottle of champagne, a personalised plate of treats and a lovely bunch of flowers waiting in our room. We stayed in a suite which was clean and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not huge but don't let that put you off! The location is generally quieter (for London) and you can walk to Hyde Park and local cafes / shops etc.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The service is exceptional and the team do everything to make your stay special. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the small window seating area. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a stay to remember. Breakfasts tasty and a good Italian restaurant on site. 5 star hotel with 5 star service, will definitely return next time in London.
