Great service and great location!

A truly exceptional hotel with amazing service. The staff are polite and courteous. We had a bottle of champagne, a personalised plate of treats and a lovely bunch of flowers waiting in our room. We stayed in a suite which was clean and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not huge but don't let that put you off! The location is generally quieter (for London) and you can walk to Hyde Park and local cafes / shops etc.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The service is exceptional and the team do everything to make your stay special. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the small window seating area. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a stay to remember. Breakfasts tasty and a good Italian restaurant on site. 5 star hotel with 5 star service, will definitely return next time in London.

Overall great experience. Especially the staff from door to front desk to house keeping...absolutely five if not 6 star. The free mini bar is also a great offer. 10 out of 10 for gesture. Guests dont usually have anything. We only had one packet of crisps...which are definitely worth trying The only negative for me would be the mattress and pillow. It was way too hard and uncomfortable and the pillow was not soft. I know some prefer a firmer mattress but this was was rock solid

I loved how the team at The Hari organised my private birthday party event in the Terrace, for 13 pax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great service, hospitable staff, and a beautiful venue. Everything went better than I could have imagined, and I want to thank Giorgia for her responsiveness, help decorating the venue, and overall excellent event management skills. Vittoria, Marta, Sergiu, Angelica, and Dorinez were also extremely helpful during the process, creating a great event experience! :)

Great hotel experience is all about the people and the Hari has five star people. Christian at the front desk found a keyboard required for recital prep, Angelica in the restaurant area could not have been more engaging…that’s just two. The location is walkable to pretty much anywhere fun in the west end of London but a quiet oasis. Much recommended.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Superb quality throughout and impeccable service. The bar staff were amazingly friendly and attentive and the waiting staff in the Italian restaurant were equally impressive and attended to our every needs serving the most delicious food and cocktails. The room (a King Premium) was relatively spacious (by European standards), perfectly clean and had a nice view of the surrounding area of Belgravia. It also had a walk-in shower, as requested. The minibar included complimentary snacks and drinks, which were quite nice and which we enjoyed almost every day. We dined at the onsite restaurant twice and the food and service there are excellent. But two things make this hotel stand out – the location and the staff. The location in Belgravia is ideal. The area is quiet and beautiful – mostly residential but there are also some embassies nearby. There is also a high-end grocery store just a block away. And most of the attractions we were interested in visiting were either within walking distance (Harrods, the Victoria and Albert Museum) or a short cab ride away. The nearest tube stop is just a short walk as well. We can’t say enough about the staff. They are friendly and unfailingly helpful. Everyone from Clara, the delightful Guest Relations Manager, to the two Concierges, to the restaurant employees, to the guys at the front of the hotel were pleasant, helpful and always ready to lend a hand. We stayed for ten nights, and we were genuinely sorry to leave them. Bravo, Hari!

I stay here a lot and the team is amazing, incredible service and I always feel welcome. The staff always smiles, greets you by your name and considers all your needs, sometimes even without you asking. Highest recommendation. Rooms are clean and nice bathrooms.
