From the pictures at the time of booking we were expecting a large studio room. The room we had was cramped, dark, and very outdated. The service wasn’t great, check in they tried to take a further holding deposit when I had already done this online. Overall for the price I wouldn’t recommend staying, there are lots of other hotels really close that are much nicer and the same price if not less

The location is good, in the center of London, but the layout of the room is really strange, the carpet is dirty, the heating sound is very loud, and the smell in the room is very unpleasant.
But the next morning I thanked the counter staff for assisting in requesting a taxi.
