We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and booked the studio. But when we arrived, we were told that the room had no electricity and so split us into 2 rooms instead.
While the rooms were generally clean, most of the bath towels had brown patches or old blood stains on them which was quite gross. 1 room that we were assigned to also had a weird fishy smell at the stove area.
The hotel is about 7 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and is located on quiet street. This is not a very pleasant area, and there were always shady characters around the tube station, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we tried not to stay out too late.
Staff were friendly and accommodating but they appeared short staffed during check in / check out timings. Only 2 staff on duty, so there is a bit of a wait if you need their help at these times.

The room is big and clean, and there are kitchen facilities to make a nice breakfast. Convenient transportation, within walking distance to Tower Bridge, and the service staff are very friendly

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There is a small bar in the lobby where you can have a drink at night. The hotel is very new. The room is small but well-equipped. The room is tidy and clean. The front desk is enthusiastic, professional, efficient and has good service. I really give full marks for the living experience.

The room was very small, especially compared with the holiday we stayed in the next few days. I felt that it was a good thing it was changed. It was too small.
