Convenience of location made this property worthwhile. Unfortunately the beds were barely sleepable and there was lipstick stains on the crockery from prior guests. Some basic provisions would have been really appreciated - like a plug for the kitchen sink & some tea towels & cloths so we could clean up after ourselves. Whilst this was a bit disappointing - a bonus was the water pressure in the shower. That was great. The fumes from the restaurant downstairs would be overwhelming in the apartment in an hot day. But again - the centrality of the property was fantastic & property manager super friendly.

The advertised location (26 Inverness Street) is not where the apartment is located - it is over half a mile away. We were charged an unadvertised late fee (payable in cash only) and the pictures that were posted do not match the actual apartment. The TV remote was missing batteries and the TV could not be turned on. The dryer didn't work and the rollaway bed was broken.

We were traveling with a family of 6 adults. The pictures on the website were NOT of the apartment we got. The apartment smelled of mildew and there was glass on one of the bedroom and living room/dinning room floors. The TV remote had no batteries and the TV could not be turned on without a remote. There was only one garbage can in the entire 3 bed 2-micro bath apartment, only only small bar of soap and no extra toilet paper.

First off, the address listed is not and I repeat, NOT the address for the apartment. When we got to the office to check in for 3 nights, I was told on the 3rd day I would need to change apartments. I was not informed earlier and traveling with a 3,7,78, and 85 year old, packing 2nd night and then again to check out was very very inconvenient. Also we had no hot water or heat in the 2nd location. It was 40 degrees and super cold. When we informed the hotel they sent someone by the time we were ready to check out. To make matters worse they told us that it was probably our fault that the power to the water heater was turned off. Avoid at all cost, go to a different location. The staff is not understanding and just does not care.

This is misrepresentation and I am now in the process of claiming damages. The property is not the one in the picture nor is it at the address shown. ********** knew this and continued to show this property after a previous complaint. I am unhappy with them in this respect - it should not have happened. Avoid!!!

This apartment was awful. Absolutely nothing like pictures at all. False advertising, which is being followed up by our agent. To start, office far from apartment. When located given a walking map to our apartment. No help to know that a bus would have taken us there directly. Walked with suitcases and three children through icy streets to find apartment only to realise a day later that a bus could have taken us straight there. We had Opal cards. Inside, tidy enough but beds unbearable, sheets didn’t fit beds and awful (stitching looked like they’d come from a hospital), towels threadbare, ‘fully equipped kitchen’ bare, had to buy own chopping board and baking trays just to get by. Was refused reimbursement. Kitchen was worn. Washing machine didn’t work. Was told to do own laundry. With a family of 5 had to fight for laundry to be be done. Then had a fight to get it done again (we were there 10 days). Phone numbers given rarely answered, including ‘emergency phone’. Do not consider this company. Ever.

The location was ok, close to underground. The place itself was run down. Place did not look like the pictures. No hand soap or tea towels. Lots police noise.

Sadly our experience with this property was very poor. There were a number of issues listed below. After our stay the property managers were unwilling to acknowledge many of these issues or claimed them as being normal for this property, despite the fact that the ********** listing contradicting. The property managers and ********** have both rejected any request for a refund or any compensation, and have dismissed the complaint without any acknowledgement of fault or an apology. The listing on **********, and the booking details confirmed the address as 26 Inverness Street, Camden the actual address is 139 Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town. In comparison this is considerably further from the closest London Underground station and is in a less desirable and less safe location. The property itself was in poor condition and not comparable to the photographs provided at the point of booking. Kitchen and bathroom finish was poor with damage to fittings, cupboards, bath etc. Dishwasher was damaged and non-functional. Two door handles were damaged and non-functional. Bathroom ceiling leaked what appeared to be sewage from the floor above. At departure there was no-one present at the property office until past 11 AM leaving a group of people waiting outside for around an hour. Two contact numbers were provided, the land-line number is not valid, the mobile number was never answered and there has no voicemail or text facility.
