Posto un po’ scomodo ed un po’ lontano dal centro, ma il lato positivo è che la fermata del pullman è a soli 20 metri dall’hotel. La nostra camera era molto bella, aveva tre finestre: la prima a sinistra si apriva tutta mentre la centrale e quella a destra si aprivano solo di quattro o cinque centimetri, ma non è stato un problema per noi. Avevamo la vista sul London Eye. Il letto era molto comodo, il bagno andava benissimo per due persone ed era ben fornito: bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo, asciugamano da doccia, tappetino e asciugamano per il viso. C’era anche il phon e un ferro da stiro compreso di mini asse da stiro, il tutto si trovava nell’armadio. Sulle spine c’erano anche due prese USB, il che è stato comodo per me che non avevo portato l’adattatore da UK a Italia. Ho letto diverse recensioni dove ci si lamentava di ****** tra musica e quant’altro, ma in realtà noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Certo, del rumore c’era, ma era davvero sopportabile. Torneremo sicuramente da loro se dovessimo ricapitare a Londra, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Larm fra baren (underboen) - de lukker kl. 23, men larm i lang tid efter + musik fra kl. 8 (tænker at personalet møder der).
Ingen lyd-isolering mellem værelser.
Hotellet angiver at have lockers, som man kan bruge efter check ud. Der findes 2 små og 1 stor locker til 20 værelser. Derfor måtte vi betale for at opbevare vores kufferter på Kings Cross Station.

Showed up at 11pm. Sign read to enter a code. No code was sent to me. No response to doorbell or phone number posted. No manager or window. Sonder main number agent said I was on the list but no rooms were available. Slipped in behind another guest and slept on a couch 2 flights up. No toilet. Left at 6am looking for a washroom and place to stay.

They provided earplugs, fan, and a sound machine (with dead batteries) as they know it's LOUD there. Train noise I can deal with. But it wasn't just the train and car noises. The Pub below. Every night there was yelling/ arguing/ talking loudly until 3am. Doors slamming all hours of the late night into early morning.
TV volume was locked and couldn't hear TV over the people yelling outside at the pub.
The shower door was really loud. The toilet should be replaced. The sink had a bad clog. Washing hands it would back up.
We stayed for 5 days no service. Had the same sheets for 5 days. (We shower at night and wouldn't sit on the bed so it was okay)
Not close to food or stores. There was the Pub and a convenience store.
As for location Big Ben & The Eye was a 20 min walk. There's a bus that you can catch right out front but, for us it was easier to walk the 1/2 mile to Vauxhall station.
The positive things I can think of 1) Water Dispenser 2) Coffee Maker 3) They did provide Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. None of which I used but, they were there! 4) Provide a international converter.

The property was very clean. It provided toiletries which was a great gesture. Unfortunately we were on the third floor and the stairs with luggage was a killer as there was no lift. Also the only water machine was on the first floor. Yea and coffee machine was in a cupboard but had to carry it out and setup as there was nowhere in the cupboard to plug in. Also there were mugs not cups provided and they were too tall to fit the machine. I would still definitely stay again as the room and bathroom were spotless and it is in a great location. The gastro pub next door was also great for food and atmosphere.

Chambre très agréable (#1), un peu bruyante, on entend le bruit de la porte d'en bas et les gens montés dans l'escalier... Salle de bain très propre, petit bémol sur la chasse d'eau des toilettes qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez vous.

Amazing stay! The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
