Wow, what a great place. Not too loud as it’s in a side street but the staff were amazing. VIJAY, ELIZA and Sainadh were all superb, very helpful printing documents, 20p each, helped me with early check in £30 and very helpful with local infrormation. If you’re going to the embassy it’s a £7 Uber away, perfect location and great place.

But the problem is that the sound insulation is very poor. I lived on the G floor and I could hear people closing and opening doors clearly, so I didn't sleep well. There is a skylight above the window, but the strange thing is that the curtain is half open and can't be closed by yourself, so the sunlight shines directly into your eyes the next morning. And the hygiene is not good. I didn't find yellow stains on the sheets until the next morning, but the rest is okay and I didn't feel it was dirty. In short, if you come here to apply for a visa, you can live here for a while, and forget about the rest.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, stayed at underground level was very quite & private.
Perfect sleep at night with NO Siren sound leak into the room.
Hotel staffs are super friendly especially hotel manager Vijay & Breakfast service man (Indian - Mr.Sinir) **sorry if I remembered his name incorrectly **

The surrounding is quiet and the staff are nice. It's a little bit far from the subway station, about 10 minutes walk. It's best not to book a room without a window, it's a bit stuffy on the first floor. The room without window is also very dark during the day, which is very suitable for sleeping.
