The location is still very good, very close to the British Museum.
The room is ridiculously small, it is difficult to turn around, and the lighting is very dim.
The most important thing is the security and...same, there was a robbery in front of the hotel.

Excellent location and service. Staff in front desk are gorgeous and helpful. Supermarket nearby and opens til kid night.
The only thing need to improve is the lighting. Definitely too dark with the weather. Room size is small even with one upgrade. No slippers provided or to buy, pls bring ur own.

Rooms were good, clean and quiet. However let down by poor service from the staff. TV didn't work initially, shower flooded the bathroom three times. Reception staff promises re rectification were not kept and took time. Poor communication and no apology offered whatsoever until I asked for it. Breakfast was good quality but again very poorly executed. Great location.

Loved everything about this hotel! Was our first time staying at a Hoxton and Holborn set the bar high. The vibey lobby, comfortable rooms and staff were just incredible. Jo from reception especially! Can’t wait to come back to Holborn but also give the other Hoxton's a try.

There was chill out music playing on the Robert’s radio on arrival in our room and from that moment the scene was set for our stay. The hotel had a very chilled out vibe in all areas especially the bar and restaurant area. I’m sure it’s not as easy as it looks to create this feel but whatever the energy, it works. Thankyou to the creators and staff at this hotel for a truly lovely few days of peace and chill.
And also to say the situation of the hotel to explore central London is totally perfect 👌
