Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault it.

Perfect location im East London with multiple Great restauracja And bars on the doorstep. Rooms are refurbished and in high standard. Public spaces are not massive but well designed. Breakfast on a roof top is amazing. Very welcoming staff.

The rooms were exceptionally nice and comfortable, providing a cozy haven after a day of exploring the city. One standout feature was the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury, along with the convenient coffee and tea bar. However, I was slightly disappointed that the turndown service was only provided on the first night. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected this to be a nightly standard. Breakfast was served at the Marlin on the top floor, where we dined three times. Unfortunately, the experiences on Saturday and Sunday were less than satisfactory. The service was inattentive and slow, clearly hindered by understaffing and a shortage of dishware. It felt quite disorganized. In stark contrast, Monday morning was a completely different story. The staff were attentive and everything ran smoothly, making for a pleasant start to the day. One downside for a five-star establishment was that drinks like coffee or water were not unlimited, and there were additional charges for extras like tomatoes with scrambled eggs. This felt a bit disappointing given the hotel’s rating. Despite these breakfast issues, I highly recommend the hotel for its overall quality and comfort. The rooms and amenities were excellent, and the location is perfect for anyone looking to stay in a vibrant and trendy neighborhood. However, I would advise against paying extra for breakfast unless it's included in your stay.

Nice little hotel in the heart of shoreditch close to liverpool str station, shops and bars. I enjoyed the gym and comfort of the room. Only issue was with my heating, it wasnt working properly so i asked for a fan heater which was provided swiftly, it was strong enough to heat the room so i was happy. Clean, comfortable and quiet room

Comfortable hotel in convenient area, easy access to facilities and sights in central London. Didnt use restaurant ( although advised itsvery good) so comments limited to room facilities, all fine except an annoyingly dysfunctional sliding door on the bathroom which needs fixing ( to be fair just reported this on leaving, so didnt give the hotel chance to remedy while there) Nice and quiet at night in room, very good housekeeping and good shower and toiletries provided.. Staff at reception very pleasant.
