My child and I stayed here for a night for the visa appoin**ent. The process was smooth and the service was helpful. We had some food on the balcony. We had a good time and sleep. The normal Premier Inn standard. Would recommend and visit again. The price is also OK.

Excellent customer care. Thank you very much. Livia has been a kind an friendly with us all the time. She informed us about special deals, foods, local activities, and kindly gave us instructions what to visit locally and how to get there. Great service over all.

This hotel was perfect for me and my two boys. We truly did have great sleeps. And the breakfast was really nice! The staff were super friendly. Awesome location. And a 10 minute walk to the Wandsworth town train station which took you straight into Waterloo.

What an amazing break we had! Nothing was too much trouble. The team works like clockwork behind the scenes, to make sure our stay is first class. Home from home! Beds and pillows so comfortable, I was loath to get up! We cant wait for a return visit!

We are regulars to the hotel, and every time we visit, Irfan, Patricia and team cannot do enough to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and great transport links to central London are great.
