Why introduce a cocktail menu without training staff !?!?! Denisa and IrFan where put in an impossible position making cocktails for the first time without knowledge!! They both smashed it out the park with impeccable customer service! Give these two a pay rise !!

Having stayed here many times before we booked again. Over an hour to check in after 3pm with lots of unsatisfied guests.Rooms smelt of cigarettes,told the staff but no reply Complained online but not expecting a reply.If they do reply I will let you guys know.

What a fabulous welcome we received from Irfan at Wandsworth Premier Inn. He was so friendly and helpful to us. He is a credit to Premier Inn. The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped, even had an ironing board and iron! The lights also gave the room a calming ambiance and it was so quiet. Breakfast was also amazing with attentive staff and also in the restaurant attached. Fabulous stay and would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting London.

Been here a few times on a business trip. Brilliant team, in particular Irfan, an absolutely fantastic staff member, a credit to the hotel! Great Premier plus rooms and lovely to relax on the terrace. Ideal location near to the Southside Shopping Centre.

My stay was good, Irfan particularly made it enjoyable and had a good laugh with him! Very great service from him! Also another manager lady was very helpful when it came to my breakfast, she sorted me out no problem at all! I’ve stayed here a couple of times now for work and Irfan has always been great, remembered our details and treated us like we were regulars 😊

My child and I stayed here for a night for the visa appointment. The process was smooth and the service was helpful. We had some food on the balcony. We had a good time and sleep. The normal Premier Inn standard. Would recommend and visit again. The price is also OK.

Excellent customer care. Thank you very much. Livia has been a kind an friendly with us all the time. She informed us about special deals, foods, local activities, and kindly gave us instructions what to visit locally and how to get there. Great service over all.
