The service is super bad and the hotel is very weird. Don’t book it if you bring elders.

No thank you. First of all, decor is one thing, but your messaging with your brand was literally too much. 1. You walk into the door and you are met with a word above the door: Sinner 2. You have the devil as your main brand object and a call to action that says: Back to mine. You have this branding and this devil all over the room. 3. The room is pitch black with up and down lighting. I felt sick to my stomach. Regardless the price or location. It was a lot, i dont even think you can go for an acquired taste view here, it simply felt that you drove a narrative and it did not sit well with me.

Been in so many hotels in London and elsewhere, Chateau was a positive surprise. It is not only the touch of a story behind and a contemporary funky-punky design, that we like, but all the rest as well. Staff with the sense of humor and at the same time extremely hospotable. Spacious rooms with excellent design. Full bar. … And on the top of it: perfect location. Foyles and Soho across the street. Music shops below. Covent Garden down the road… Worth the price.

The rooms all have funky names - I stayed in the ‘Devils Tattoo’! Fun decor without being too OTT. I extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom amenities - the body lotion smells divine. A little tricky to find if you go off maps. Walk through the screen walkway off Denmark Street. Staff were very friendly ✨

OK. The hotel is very funky. We had a full bar in our room (charge per bottle). The room size is very good with a separate living room. The bed was very comfortable. We had a shared balcony as well. In the very centre of London. We were assigned a butler, but we did not use his services. What I didn't like was that the room was very dark, there was a coffee machine and tea bags, but no mugs. We drank coffee from whiskey glasses. They promised to send me an SMS when the room was ready, but I received nothing. Upon departure, we were asked to pay £15 for the service. We paid, but there was no such service. There are no accessories in the bathroom except shampoo, gel and conditioner in the shower itself. For such a price, I expected some basic things, like cotton swabs, a shower cap, etc. I stayed in better hotels for less money in a central location. Maybe a smaller room size and without a full bar or butler but it was still very comfortable.

WOW what a place a bit Crazy bear with one of the greatest sound systems ive heard in a hotel room, yes it is expensive but you are right at the centre of so many events and surely one of the trendiest parts of London. MJ show just around the corner Tatu Chinese restaurant next door up on the sixth floor compliments your stay with amazing food although the set menu for two was way too much food. Has to be a must do Hotel to stay in if you want to have a special weekend in the heart of London

My wife and I have stayed here two times and just loved it. The staff are very nice and very helpful, especially our butler Vas. Anything that we needed, he was able to do. Prior to checking in they will send you a text message and ask if you need anything prior to arrival. During your stay you can contact them via text message and they will help you with whatever you need. They are very prompt in responding to the texts and are very attentive to anything that you need. I never sent a text that was answered within 2-3 minutes. The location is right in the heart of the theatre district and a 10-minute walk to Trafalgar Square. The location is fantastic. The decor in the rooms os so eclectic and amazing. One of the most unique and fun hotel rooms that I have stayed at. We can't wait to come back to London and stay at Chateau Denmark again. We have found our hotel in London and I am convinced that if you try Chateau Denmark, you will have found your London hotel too.

I was really looking forward to staying here given some of the reviews (not on TA) that I had read about Chateau Denmark. Unfortunately, whilst there were some great aspects, the experience was pretty mixed and I won't be returning. The Good: - Amazing location, just beside Tottenham Ct Rd station; - Funky décor in several lovely old buildings. The Bad - Check-in was poor - even though I had completed the check-in online, I had to spend 10 mins providing ID, credit card, etc. - Breakfast was only from 9-10:30, according to reception, which is not helpful for anyone who starts the day earlier, so no breakfast for me; - There was no kettle or coffee in the room, which did manage to contain a full bar - there was also a charge for the bottled water (maybe offer one for free?) - I was a bit annoyed to receive an invoice for city tax later that day, which apparently had not been included in the price, but also not mentioned (this is a bit poor from a hotel that's meant to be all about the 'experience') - My room was also in a completely separate building, so all I've seen of the hotel is the reception and my room. Overall, I'm just not sure who this hotel is aimed at? Certainly not anyone staying for business and it's pretty chunky (~£350 a night) for your average tourist. I can only imagine that its targeting party animals who will book the room and then fill it with lots of people. I accept that I'm not probably the target market for this hotel, but my advice to management would be to genuinely focus on your guest's experience and improve the overall service.
