I honestly didn’t expect much because of how affordable it was, but once i arrived the service was very great and professional plus they were very helpful and easygoing. I booked a room for 2 guests and the room is small but exactly right for two people. The bathroom and the sheets were very clean and i stayed there 3 nights on my second day staying i asked the cleaner to clean my room and i just went down and had some breakfast by the time i was back it looked very well cleaned. The location is great if u have a concert at the o2 arena but if you want to see London i would recommend some other places. Personally from now on i will be booking with them every time i visit London because i felt safe and very respected especially because it was my first time travelling alone as a girl for some people might be scary. One of the best things they had was a photo booth which i loved, everyday before i went out i took pictures and i have hanged them in my room. Overall i give it a 10.

Perfect for conventions and price is reasonable. The beds were cosy and the lighting of the room was pretty. There is a few small things such as no mini fridge or wardrobe but you wouldn’t need it as there’s drinks and snacks at reception and there’s space in the hotel room to leave your suitcase on the floor. The DLR line is a 5 min walk to get to the places you need. The location is a bit out and the DLR line stop running at 12. But taxi isn’t that pricey to get. The staff were lovely and very welcoming I really enjoyed staying here and will always come back.

It's 5 min walk from the Royal Albert DLR station which is convenient but a bit far from central London. The staff is nice. The room and the bathroom are clean but small. Ok for a couple. Our room's window faces the London City airport and can see the planes taking off and landing. The DLR rail is just nearby. The noise is acceptable as there are double-layer windows. Just some noise is heard when planes taking off, but no planes taking off between 9pm to 7am

Rude staff, poor service, overcharged and argued with! Don't waste you time or money! Surrounded by superior hotels!

Very good, very efficient and they have parking which is so great. I love everything about this hotel.

this hotel is very suitable for travelers seeking convenience and a place to rest before or after a flight. While it may lack the luxuries of higher-rated hotels, it serves its purpose for a short stay near the airport.

Really nice cosy and clean room with a big comfy bed and a great smart tv. Atmosphere downstairs is more hostel than hotel, very chill. Super close to London city airport, I could have walked if I’d been bothered. Would definitely stay again next time I’m flying out from there.

Was a nice hotel with a clean room and checking in was great. Was an issue with a card charge that was made by mistake by the hotel that I needed to call them to resolve, which they have done now, and done very swiftly and efficiently.

Really nice hotel. It has a trendy hostel vibe, lovely downstairs bar and social space. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy. Considering you are next to London City Airport, I barely heard any noise in the room and slept soundly. 30 mins to central London on the DLR and tube so a good option even if you plan to do tourist attractions in the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and the breakfast plentiful!

Worst stay. Staff denied deposit back due to a spillage of water in the room.

Tidy, compact rooms. Would probably benefit from a desk to be able to work there better. Handy for the DLR, but not much else around the hotel.

Found the bar area very dark especially when eating.
