Fielding Hotel

Chose this hotel for its location, value and feedback. It was my wife's 70th birthday during our stay and a number of dining excursions were planned. The closeness of a number of underground stations and Eustion made getting about painless. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room well serviced. Will use again when we next stay in London.

The room was cosy and quiet, the hotel itself tidy, and the staff were very friendly. It is only a short walk from different restaurants and cultural venues. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the Fielding Hotel was perfect for our time in London. So central, with access to the Opera House, Covent Garden and restaurants in easy walking distance, yet very quiet.

This room was just what I hoped for.

This is an excellent hotel. Quiet, yet so close to Covent Garden. Staff are amazing, we stored our luggage and when we returned to check in, the luggage was already in our rooms, this was such a lovely thing to have done, would definelty recommend this hotel, thank you

Pros: close to tube, walkable to lots of entertainment, restaurants and dining, staff friendly and helpful. Sheets were clean. Free bottled water. Cons: If you have any mobility issues, this place is not for you. You must walk up at least one steep stairway WITH YOUR LUGGAGE to get to your room...there are no elevators. I had recently had knee surgery and walking up and down 2 flights every day was not fun. Plus all room have another stairway to get to bathroom. Rooms were small and dingy. Furniture looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. Tops of curtains were very dusty. Leak marks in ceiling. Mold along ceiling in main room and in bathroom. Leak in bathroom ceiling when it rained (I wasn't on the top floor) which dripped down onto the toilet paper role. If I had been the US, I would have left and found another hotel.

Clean, straightforward hotel in the middle of London! The location is amazing!
