Achtung Betrüger! Stornieren paar Tage vor Abreise die Buchung und zahlen das Geld nicht zurück! Ich würde das Hotel dringenst abraten! Keine Ahnung warum Buchungsportale dieses Hotel noch empfehlen und auf der Website verfügbar ist!!

Ni se os ocurra reservar en este Hotel. Te cobran por anticipado el 100% de la reserva en el primer momento. Posteriormente cancelamos (teníamos condición de cancelación gratuita) al encontrar un apartamento mejor y NO DEVUELVEN EL IMPORTE CARGADO, NI RESPONDEN AL MAIL NI A LAS LLAMADAS. Es una vergüenza que BOOKING publicite este tipo de sitios. NO RESERVEIS AQUÍ!!!!

Booked many months ahead to coincide with concert at nearby London Palladium. Although I booked a single room, I was given a very nice first floor 3 bedded room with shower. Very pleased with standard of room and presentation. 'Continental' breakfast, no fry-ups unfortunately! Friendly staff on arrival and departure . Would definitely stay here again. Reading some reviews did make me worried, although it seems that is to do with cancellations and refunds, they did take payment the day after I booked, 7 months ahead of my visit!!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've made the reservation couple of months before arrival, paid, got confirmation. Month before arrival asked hotel if everything is ok with my reservation and got replied that evening is ok, they are waiting for us... On the day of the arrival lady at the reception said there is no room for us, she can't find our booking and they have no free rooms to accommodate us... No apologies, no nothing... No refund so far as well. Avoid this place!

Warning, if you book this hotel with free cancellation, they will take the full amount upon booking. If you subsequently cancel, they will not refund the money. Any attempts to contact them regarding a refund will be ignored. Having to go through other avenues to recover my money

Hice una reserva cancelable, que me cobraron inmediatamente, y la tuve que anular. Me reembolsaron el dinero, pero, para mí sorpresa, me hicieron otro cargo que ni siquiera correspondía al precio de la reserva anulada. Afortunadamente, había reservado a través de Booking y ellos se han hecho cargo del reembolso, después de una semana de trámites, porque el hotel ni siquiera les ha atendido a ellos. Un error lo puede tener cualquier, pero se rectifica. Parecen poco, o nada, de fiar, porque he leído varias reseñas de personas que han tenido un problema similar.

Realicé una reserva con cancelación gratuita via Booking el pasado 20 de noviembre. Al dia siguiente, por motivos familiares decidí cancelar la reserva y la sorpresa fue que no me devolvieron el dinero. De hecho aún no he recibido nada a dia de hoy, 3 de diciembre. No contestan emails. No reserven en este hotel, es una estafa.

Es mentira que la reserva sea reembolsable, me retiraron el dinero de la reserva al día siguiente, cancele y he tardado dos meses en recibir mi dinero por cancelación por Booking, esta gente no respondía ni a llamadas, ni a email. Cuidado.Ni a Booking contestan.

Il y avait des souris dans notre chambre . Aucun échange possible avec la direction de l’hôtel. Après plusieurs relances, je n’ai pas réussi à obtenir de remboursement de mon séjour. Je déconseille à quiconque d’y mettre les pieds.
