The room is very small, you can't open your luggage, it's only 70 feet; the mattress is sunken, you can't sleep, it causes back pain, it's a painful memory, I will never stay again, don't do it because you are in a hurry.

Decent hotel close to Victoria station. I had a small room and it really is small so it’s not suitable if you have a lot of luggage. For a solo traveller exploring London most of the time it’s really fine.
The amenities have improved since I last stayed and TV and Wi-Fi are now included at no extra cost which is nice.
The beds are comfortable and the smaller rooms in the basement have no windows so are really dark which is perfect for a good nights sleep!

HORRIBLE. IT’S A SHAME IN 2023 TO SLEEP LIKE INDIANS IN 4m2 FOR TWO NIGHTS FOR 200€ A NIGHT. DON’T GO THERE 🤮

Optimal location, microscopic rooms as described, clean, comfortable mattress and hot shower.
There is no luggage space nor wardrobe so one has to adapt.
Great for those passing through or those traveling light.
Staff always present at the reception.

Always enjoy staying here. Central location. Just a short walk from Victoria station and coach station. Excellent customer service. Staff are welcoming every time
