From the attentive greeting on arrival, through reception, beautifully turned out room with the silkiest bed linen we have ever experienced - we had a peaceful, relaxing two night stay ! Oh, and we highly recommend the restaurant too! Highly recommended for luxury at a very reasonable price.

Staying at the Franklin was a boutique and memorable experience. Justyna was the best hostess and she made our wedding anniversary celebration trip extra special with her attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions. Thank you, we will be back!

It is an unreasonable demand for the customer themselves, without the service of less than three stars or the discipline of common sense standards. I was afraid of the footsteps of hotels that were far from satisfactory to customers. I booked a hotel with both breakfast and rooms and asked for a Garden View room, but they gave me the smallest room on the side of the road and said it was an Upgray room. An additional fee occurred in the morning, and the fear bathroom was too small to open the door, clogging the toilet and not opening the door. I couldn't understand the rudeness of receiving an invoice with only one total price on it, saying that I paid with a registered card without explaining the various charges added at checkout.

Absolutely fabulous Five star service All the staff were fabulous! We had the most amazing weekend there and couldn’t recommend this boutique hotel enough. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean . The food in hotel was gorgeous Excellent location too Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely re visit .

The location of the Franklin is fantastic. Easy to get around Knightsbridge/Chelsea areas. The hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable and rooms are roomy. While the gym is small it can serve your purpose if needed. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and me loved to stay here for three days in the tastefully furnished and absolutely clean garden suite. Justyne and the whole team of The Franklin exceeded all our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect - Harrods, the Royal Albert Hall, Pubs, Museums - all in walking distance. All in all: We couldn´t have hit it better! Once again: Thanks to the whole team for that wonderful time in London!
