We had a wonderful stay here. The room was for three, it was spacious and clean and all we asked for was provided to us. The price was good. I would definitely visit again

The Hotel was clean and comfortable but service was slow in the reception when we ordered drinks in the lounge then our order was delivered wrong. We thought the room was small and access down the right side of the bed difficult for a large guest because of the walls being angled. It was also disappointing that no ordinary coffee sachets were available not everyone like the pod versions.
The pillows were very soft and duvet was stained .

The hotel itself is located very nicely in Covent Garden and the rooms are clean and nice even though quite small. Some rooms at least have some stairs and the bed is placed on a lower level. Bathroom is nice and modern with good shower. The sales department (meetings) is terrible. It takes ages for them to reply. They don't answer phone calls at all. It leaves you as a organizer of an event quite unsure if the things at the hotel will work out. Luckily the meeting went nicely, meeting room was ok. It is good to know that refreshments and lunches are served in the meeting room itself and not in the lobby/corridor area of the meeting room. The service at meeting area was good. Food was great otherwise but even if it was advised in advance that one participant is vegan, they had no vegan food available and even brought some goat cheese. This is not acceptable. Vegan food is not only salad and fruit. I would not recommend this hotel for meetings due to their sales department.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was excellent, rooms were a great size and were very clean. The location was wonderful as well. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the city!

This is a perfect place to stay for business travel. The rooms are small compared to other hotels I have been. But, this property is at the heart of London and I can't complain about the room size. The facility and room set was good, pillow and bed was neatly maintained. The ambience was good. I was staying for 8 days and had breakfast with them daily and dinner with my colleague occasionally. The best part of their hotel is restaurant. They have a very very limited menu and I have tired all their breakfast items, they are awesome. Do try Pancake and English breakfast, they are very yummy. Coming to the dinner part, I tired their fish recipes (Pan fried salmon and Crispy sea bass), they are awesome. Also Tiramisu coffee cup was great. The food is one must try thing. Coming to the service, the staff member were good and kind. I want to take Mabelle and Melisa, who made sure to serve hot Americano every time I was there. I might have missed few peoples name, but thanks for your wonderful service team.

After a slow check in the rest of the stay was faultless. We had 5 rooms for a family event and all were great. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good. Would recommend.
