It is on the edge of Chinatown, a 5-minute walk away. The room is not big, but the facilities are relatively complete and the breakfast is quite rich.

Close to Leicester Sq. and Piccadilly Circus, with Lego / M&M, and China town next door. Super convenient. Got upgraded to suit and my room is huge. Hotel is not newly decorated but still good.

I am writing to express my disappoin**ent with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available.
Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved.
Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved.

Beautiful building, the bathroom is a bit small, but everything else is fine.
Breakfast is average, but there are a few restaurants to try, and the coffee shop in the garden is very popular.
