The hotel is located near the popular Oxford street. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to bond street underground. The location is convenient. The breakfast is very rich. There is a buffet breakfast and you can order other items, such as pancakes.
The room is normal London size, but the toilet is a little weird. A higher level, so be careful when entering and exiting. The carpet is averagely clean and has some wear and tear.

Love the location of this hotel. Staff members are really helpful and allow us to store our luggage a day earlier as we had an excursion outside of London. The rooms are good though can be a bit smaller.

I was here with a large group of people. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location aswell. The rooms are quite small but with a location like that you are not likely to hang around in your room much. Some in the group dined in the hotel restaurant, Steak and lobster, and they liked it a lot. The hotel manager is also very friendly and helpful and I would defenetly go there again.

Everything about the stay was amazing apart from the fact that there is only one Elevator.

Location was good and the staff were very friendly . Room we were given was the smallest I have ever stayed in and the shower room/ toilet was too small to be functional for 2 people. The size of the room contributed to the temperature at night which was not helped by lack of air conditioning.
