Unfortunately, we received a barrier-free room without needing it, so we were very disappointed with the spartan furnishings, which absolutely did not match the room price

Yes, stunning building, but service and room doesn't live up to expectations. Some staff quite "snobby" and dismissive, some very friendly though - just inconsistent service standards.
Sink in bathroom needs maintenance, water took a long time to drain. The room type (cosy) felt a little claustrophobic also as you just look into buildings.
Had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, get someone knocking on the door who said "just checking if someone's in here" - not acceptable!
Lots of loud banging doors and drunken people throughout the hotel. Do not recommend this place if you're looking for some peace and quiet.
Based on my first experience I will not stay here again, there are better places for less!

The venue is a tastefully refurbished high street bank. The ceilings are high, the decor is art deco, with numerous restaurants all centrally arranged around a raised platform where talented performers play for diners. Unfortunately the food doesn’t live up to its surroundings. We ate at the Kaia restaurant which is Asian/Pacific themed. The majority of our food was bland and stodgy, except for the sushi and sashimi. We decided to take advantage of the offers on cocktails rather than expect anything more from the tasteless and poorly prepared food served.

We came from Canada a group of 6 for a conference in Central London, and we wanted to have a drink at The Ned in London, We order few beers, we had a good time until 2 black girls approached to us and requested to My friends to bay them a drink, we try to avoid them and they were not going to walk away without a drink from us, both of them put they (business card) inside the trousers pockets of My friends, we ask the Waiter if is normal in this bar and I couldn't belive his answer, after few minutes I saw in the stairs towards toilets another gentleman been desterb by other girl, I understand immediately what kind of business it's going inside The Ned, My advice to anyone who enters here, DON'T, STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE in those girl's hands, it's a dirty business going on inside and the Managers ignores all this and they may get profits from this girls by getting close to high quality clients Man's. I won't recommend to go at The Ned.

A review of the 9th floor members restaurant . A very warm welcome to this amazing space on the rooftop. Outside were tables and a pool . We ate inside due to the weather . Straightforward dishes , typical bistro style food , couple meats , fish etc all well cooked . Buzzy atmosphere and very good service

Excellent service.! Bianca was fantastic. The food was brilliant and the atmosphere was amazing, worth every penny. A must visit. Bianca made our children feel very special and they loved the experience as much as we did! I Tarek was brilliant too, he offered such an amazing service!
