Hotels near In-Fusion Tea in London

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn in Camden on and off for a few years now (before and after COVID) and have seen it change management a couple of times over the years and remained loyal as it works as a great location. However over the past few months there has been a noticeable change in the customer experience and I must say it makes this place special. They understand their customers, adapt to each of their needs, can never do enough for you and are just so delighted to see you and welcome you to the hotel. Whilst the whole team have impressed me, I must call out Bianca who is sensational, her level of customer expeience is as good if not better than any I have experienced over my years travelling across countries. I turned up ready to put my legs up and rest before my early morning train. I was not looking for anything special but there is basic and then there is this! I was originally put in LG5 and told to go up the stairs, along the corridor and down the stairs. I followed the instructions but, not only could I not find the room, neither could a member of staff. Another one told me to go back along the corridor, up some stairs and down some stairs. I got to the staircase at the end of the corridor and it was blocked by piles of laundry and laundry bags! I went back to the reception desk and explained that neither myself nor staff could find the room. He agreed to give me a different one (a nicer one he said!) and said to go up the stairs and the room was on the right. He didn’t, however, give me a room number. I then started trying to get into the room on the right, then the next room on the right, then the next room on the right before I came up and went back to reception once again! He told me my room number and off I went again. I opened the room door to find a bed with no pillows or duvet and no bigger than a cupboard. I shut the door and headed back to the reception. I explained that I was not staying in that room and before I could explain why, he asked, “is it not clean?!” I explained that not only was it not clean, there were no facilities. He then snapped, “so, you just want to cancel this booking? Fine!” The carpets in the corridors were filthy, the staff couldn’t care less if they tried and the room was beyond basic. I left and booked the premier inn. Much better!

Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.

The reception and lobby operate like a train station,lots of people arriving and leaving arround the clock.the lobby is small and crowded, so you can not simply sitting and enjoying the bar. Breakfast buffee is somewhat less crowded and there's fine verity of food. We got a suite on the 4th floor,a fine large room, with lots of furniture,but the storage places for clothes almost non existing. It is as if the closet,open one , is only planed for buissnessmen,who hang their suits! Not enough light above the mirror for a woman, to put some makeup. Bathroom good size but the door is not closing easily. The taxi/bolt sevice is awful.we had to wait for a cab 15 to 20 minutes, mayby the location is problematic, and walking to the nearest tube swiss cotage, took ne 12 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpfull!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Camden Prime Apart Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The brilliant accommodations, coupled with exceptional service especially their air conditioning system one in each flat, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city very easy , and I can’t wait to return to it on my next visit. Highly recommended.

What an amazing hotel and and even better experience! Check in was super smooth and very friendly reception team. Our room was just amazing, the bed was ultra comfortable with the usual high quality linens which made for a perfect night’s sleep. Lots to do in the hotel even if it is just sitting in the lounge seats watching the world go by in the bustling Leicester Square. Cocktail choices were very unique and perfectly blended, food was just as good with some amazing dishes. There was a Souk inspired evening when we were there which we loved as the music was great to listen to whilst having a few drinks. I loved the breakfast being à la carte as opposed to a buffet as the service is much more personable. Can’t wait to come back!

Traveled down to London for the weekend to watch Moulin Rouge Really enjoyed the weekend, the hotel was amazing, very impressed, every member of staff was polite and very welcoming Only thing I can fault was a smell in our bathroom when we arrived back from the theatre (smelled like drains) seemed to go away when the shower was run.

Fantastic hotel overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Great service and everything you want/need in a London hotel. We used the 25 m pool and there was only one other person using it at the same time as us. We felt the whole stay was one of our better ones in London.

Though the rooms were small and pretty basic it was exactly what we expected for the fantastic price paid. It couldn’t have been in a better location with an underground station right outside. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You have to leave the keys with the staff when you leave and buzz to get let back into the hotel which I thought was handy as there was no chance of losing the keys this way! Staff were very quick to let us back in, even late at night so I had no complaints regards this.. and there is a McDonalds outside the hotel which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for somewhere to base yourself on a busy trip in London.

Amazing experience What really seperated this hotel from others I have stayed at is the staff and level of attention they provided. Their concierge are on point! I highly recommend this property and if you do decide to stay make sure you connect with Mark the concierge as he treats every guest as an ultra VIP
