Really kind and helpful staff, from Josh who helped with our luggage on arrival to all reception staff, restaurant and bar staff thank you for making our weekend so comfortable and enjoyable. Great location for tube and train, 5 minutes down the road. Very modern and fresh. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent stay. We had a premium plus room and it was perfect, what made it that extra special was the fact that it had a fridge in the room and a coffee machine with good quality pods. Plenty of fresh clean towels too.

We had a concert to go to at the o2 on a Sunday night. We didn’t want to try and train back home so decided to stay at the Ibis hotel. We have never visited Greenwich before so a good opportunity while we were here. Hotel….. Front of house were friendly, helpful and welcoming Room was clean and very spacious. No faults with hotel or room at all. Location…. Great location in the heart of Greenwich. Greenwich park was literally around the corner Greenwich market 1 min walk away. Other sight seeing places all within walking distance. Walking distance to the o2, very pretty walk along the Thames Path. Took 30 mins. Will certainly stay at the ibis again .

Stayed for one night with a friend in a private twin room with bunk beds, top floor so didn’t hear any bar noise. Beds were clean and comfy. Staff were friendly. Very busy on arrival so we were given a free drink. Facilities were really good, as two ladies on our own we felt safe, clean and happy here. Only downside was the room next door, their door was noisy, could do with some attention. For value, cleanliness, location and facilities this one gets a 5 star !!

The hotel is new, excellent breakfast, with a variety of varieties. The hotel was very good, and my wife and our 12-year-old daughter were in a bed with Queen bed and a single bed/sofa. Big bathroom with bathroom.

For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.

Very good location - a lot of attractions are within walking distance and DLR stations, train station and bus stops are nearby. The room was large, clean and tidy, we can cook simple breakfast and dinner with the kitchen utilities provided. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped us to keep some of our luggage during the period we had a cruise trip.
