I have been staying at the Holiday Inn in Camden on and off for a few years now (before and after COVID) and have seen it change management a couple of times over the years and remained loyal as it works as a great location. However over the past few months there has been a noticeable change in the customer experience and I must say it makes this place special. They understand their customers, adapt to each of their needs, can never do enough for you and are just so delighted to see you and welcome you to the hotel. Whilst the whole team have impressed me, I must call out Bianca who is sensational, her level of customer expeience is as good if not better than any I have experienced over my years travelling across countries. Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.

This hostel lived up to my expectations. The staff was very lovely and accommodating and it is walking distance to kings cross station which is perfect for travelers who plan on taking longer trains. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in a great value hostel.

On arrival the check in desk was extremely busy however they were really quick! We were over an hour early and as the rooms were ready they gave us the keys straight away! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Location was perfect!!! And a 2 minute walk to the dominion theatre to see sister act!! Rooms are small but they had everything we needed for a weekend break. Shower was powerful with plenty of heat. Only criticism is there was no cups to put ice in by the machines and tv channels weren’t the best as they kept buffering. Will definitely stay here again .

The reception and lobby operate like a train station,lots of people arriving and leaving arround the clock.the lobby is small and crowded, so you can not simply sitting and enjoying the bar. Breakfast buffee is somewhat less crowded and there's fine verity of food. We got a suite on the 4th floor,a fine large room, with lots of furniture,but the storage places for clothes almost non existing. It is as if the closet,open one , is only planed for buissnessmen,who hang their suits! Not enough light above the mirror for a woman, to put some makeup. Bathroom good size but the door is not closing easily. The taxi/bolt sevice is awful.we had to wait for a cab 15 to 20 minutes, mayby the location is problematic, and walking to the nearest tube swiss cotage, took ne 12 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpfull!

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

I booked this prior to a departure from Euston, and it has been perfectly fine. The rooms are *small* -- my ”standard single” is at most about 12' x 12', but is designed very well, so that the space is quite comfortable. It features a single-wide bed (firm but comfortable), a small desk, a side table, and a tiny but serviceable toilet/shower. I was a bit shocked at how small it was when I arrived, but everything works. There's a large closet, full tea/coffee-making facilities, and the shower is a reasonable size and quite nice. Breakfast was merely OK, but an acceptable value at GBP 15. The check-in staff was pleasant. The asterisk* in the title has to do with Euston (and is totally out of the hotel's control) -- there's a new station and perhaps a big tower going up at Euston (Oct 2022), and because of this what would be a one-block walk becomes a 2-3 block walk (and a somewhat long 2-3 blocks at that) because of construction, and I imagine this will be true for several years given the size of the hole in the ground.

The room is small but comfortable. All rooms have been studied to be the most functional possible. The cleaning is inexpectable, and we appreciated the common space with the possibility of having a coffee or in you comfortable sitting at the beginning or end of a intense day. We'll be back.

What a great place to start your day off if your running into the City for a staycation. First, through Luggage Hero, you can drop your bags off here safe and secure and collect them later. On top of that, you can sample the delights of some superb food...my wife and I had breakfast. What a great place, it's around the corner from Euston Station, a short walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras and near all the London Underground connections you need. :)

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again
